figge is designed and manufactured locally + ethically in Los Angeles, California. 

wear & use

please do not allow your child to wear our garments unsupervised. our clothing is not intended as sleepwear, and your child should not be allowed to sleep in our garments due to our styles containing small snaps and ties that are choking and strangulation hazards.
figge is not liable for any accidents while wearing our garments. 

care

we recommend for best results to wash inside out in cool or cold water with like colors, hang dry. please keep in mind, due to the nature of our fabric some shrinking is expected after the first wash.

 how we package your order

garments are enclosed in recycled paper & a re-useable drawstring bag (made from our remnant fabric). your package will arrive in a recycled/recyclable kraft mailer. we strive to reduce any/all plastic from our packaging. 

shipping

packages are sent USPS first class or USPS priority mail for domestic orders, and USPS international mail for international orders. postage calculated is based on the size of your package & total weight. international orders are FINAL SALE.
the customer is responsible for paying any additional fees +  taxes. 
international customers are responsible for paying any taxes + customs fees.

it is a legal requirement that we delcare the correct value of orders on customs forms for international shipments. figge will not, under any circumstances, falsify any information.

taxes

California residents will be charged 7.5-9.5% tax on their orders.

turnaround

unless otherwise stated all garments are "ready to ship" & will ship within 3-7 days of receipt of payment. "made to order" & "custom" orders ship within 2-3 weeks of receipt of payment. 
please keep in mind orders received during our release days may take longer to ship due to the increased volume we receive during that time

combining orders

we will combine multiple orders as we process & package. Any postage adjustments will be refunded in the same format as original payment method.

imperfect garments

while we do our best to catch imperfections in the construction of our garments & major flaws in the fabric prior to shipping, should you receive a garment that is damaged/defective please contact us with your order number & a photo of the flaw at hello@shopfigge.com within 5 days of delivery date.

please note, most minor imperfections in the fabric are intended and part of the design.

cancellations

cancellations will be accepted on orders not processed & shipped, otherwise refer to our return+exchange policy.

custom & "made to order" orders

are non-refundable and FINAL SALE. all custom orders will be subject to a 25% CUSTOM ORDER FEE. no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. discount codes do not apply to custom orders. 

seasonal sale & discounted items

are non-refundable and FINAL SALE.
discount codes associated with seasonal sales do not apply to orders placed PRIOR TO or AFTER the date of the seasonal sale. no exceptions.

gift cards

are non-refundable and FINAL SALE.
