figge is designed and manufactured locally + ethically in Los Angeles, California.

wear + use || please do not allow your child to wear our garments unsupervised. our clothing is not intended as sleepwear, and your child should not be allowed to sleep in our garments due to our styles containing small snaps and ties that are choking and strangulation hazards. figge is not liable for any accidents while wearing our garments. 
care || wash inside out in cool or cold water with
like colors, hang dry for best results. please keep in mind, due to the nature of this fabric some shrinking is expected after the first wash.

packaging || garments are enclosed in recycled/recyclable clear plastic bags and orders are shipped in recycled/recyclable kraft brown large envelopes. to reduce waste, packing lists & summary of order slips are not included. please refer to your order confirmations in your inbox to verify your garments.
domestic shipping || packages are sent USPS first class or USPS priority mail based on weight. the customer is responsible for paying any additional fees +  taxes.
taxes || California residents will be charged 7.5-9.5% tax on their orders.
international shipping || packages are sent USPS International mail. the customer is responsible for paying taxes + customs fees. all international orders are FINAL SALE.
turnaround || unless otherwise stated "ready to ship" orders ship within 3-10 days. "made to order" and "custom" orders ship within 2-3 weeks of receipt of payment.
return+exchange policy || returns will be accepted within 10 days from delivery date for refund, store credit, or exchange. garments must be in original condition, unwashed + unworn, with attached tags. the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. original shipping fee is non-refundable.

imperfect garments || while we do our best to catch imperfections in the construction of our garments & major flaws in the fabric prior to shipping, should you receive a garment that is damaged/defective please contact us with your order number & a photo of the flaw at hello@shopfigge.com within 7 days of delivery date. a return label will be emailed to the customer.
please note, most minor imperfections in the fabric are intended and part of the design.
cancellations || cancellations will be accepted on orders not processed & shipped, otherwise refer to our "return+exchange policy".
