returns & exchanges

return+exchange policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUESTS will be accepted within 5 calendar days from delivery date for refund, store credit, or exchange. garments MUST BE in original condition, i.e. unwashed + unworn, with attached tags (if applicable) in the original clear bag.

garments must be postmarked within 5 calendar days of return/exchange request to QUALIFY. customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

international orders are FINAL SALE

sale & discounted items are FINAL SALE.

MAKING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
please send an email to hello@shopfigge.com, with "return request" or "exchange request" and "order number" in the subject line. garments sent back to us without a request email will not be accepted.

Preparing your packages
Garments should be folded nicely, buttons should be buttoned, ties should be tied, and it should be placed within a clear bag (either the original or one you supply). It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the garment is packaged to protect it during transit. Any damages due to lack of packaging will result in a lower refund, change the terms of an exchange, or void it entirely. 
A return/exchange sheet will be emailed to you and should be enclosed within your package.

refunds
will be issued in the same format as original payment method. original shipping fee is non-refundable. return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

imperfect garments
while we do our best to catch imperfections in the construction of our garments & major flaws in the fabric prior to shipping, should you receive a garment that is damaged/defective please contact us with your order number & a photo of the flaw at hello@shopfigge.com within 5 calendar days of delivery date.

please note, most minor imperfections in the fabric are intended and part of the design.
please note, emails will be answered within 24 hrs during Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am & 5pm pacific. emails received on weekends & holidays will be answered on the following business day.
